The goal of this table is to keep track of the changes and status off all parts of the Jackson-Reed website, as it is moved from the Educational Networks site to our own in-house WordPress site.
The Basics
If you are a stakeholder - administrative, teacher or staff - here's what you need to know.
- Each row in the table represents one page or a set of pages that matches with a menu item from the current website.
- A Department and a Contact name has been assigned to each page - but feel free to correct if needed.
- Update the Stakeholder Status field as you approve each item. Do this by comparing the jrhs.site page (which can be accessed by clicking the Page Name) to the current jacksonreedhs.org website.
- The Tech Status field shows the progress in bringing over the webpage and cleaning it up as needed.
To update the table:
- Click on the Enable Inline Edit button in the top right corner above the table.
- That will allow you to click on each field and update it.
- You can use the dropdown tables to search the table for pages by which main menu item they are on or by their current stakeholder status.
