Updated: Looking for AP Proctors
Thank you very much to all those who have completed the interest form to be an AP exam proctor! Every AP proctor slot that is filled by a parent volunteer relieves a Jackson-Reed teacher or staff member of this duty, and we really appreciate it. Proctors hand out materials and monitor the exam rooms; training will be provided.
We are in particular need of proctors for the following AP exams:
- Wednesday 5/3 morning: AP English Literature
- Friday 5/5 morning: AP US History
- Tuesday 5/9 morning: AP English Language
Volunteers who proctor one exam do not need to go through the DCPS volunteer clearance process; this will be exempted under their “one-event” policy. If you are able to help as a proctor, please fill out this interest form: https://forms.office.com/r/5t0Duw5Yiy See the 2023 AP Exam schedule on the College Board website here: https://apstudents.collegeboard.org/ap-exams-overview/exam-calendar
Thank you in advance for any help you can provide! If you have any questions about AP exam proctoring, please contact Jackson-Reed’s AP Coordinator Elizabeth Levenson, elizabeth.levenson@k12.dc.gov.
