The Jackson-Reed Parent Teacher Student Organization has a few vacancies on the Board including Fundraising and Class of 2027 representatives. This is a wonderful way to get more engaged in the school community and if there are certain roles you are interested in, we are flexible and would welcome the help!

Fundraising responsibilities are less time consuming than many elementary and middle school parent associations.  We do not host an auction and funds are primarily raised through parent donations in coordination with the Treasurer and the Communications board members. Class representatives serve as liaisons with the Assistant Principals helping to communicate class specific information and planning student celebrations a few times of the year.
