Urban Alliance’s 11th-grade program was designed to provide workforce readiness development, career exposure, and skill training. Using Career Readiness Standards, students will develop basic employment skills, demonstrate their readiness for the workforce, and create a professional portfolio with a Senior Pathway Plan. After being selected to join the program, students will then spend 3 hours per week participating in workshops focused on building these professional skills. These workshops will be held twice a week after school during the school year.
