Many colleges ask for a “mid-year report,” which is your grades from Term 2 (also called a seven-semester transcript). You can see if a college requires a mid-year report from the checklist in your applicant portal. To request that your mid-year report be sent to the colleges that require them, come to the College and Career Center and submit your request two ways:

Timing for mid-year reports. Teachers have until Monday, February 5 to finalize grades. After grades are finalized, DCPS central office will update GPAs. We hope that mid-year reports will be ready to submit sometime around February 9.
