Principal's Message

Greetings Jackson-Reed Community,

I hope everyone is having an enjoyable day as we start this week. We have two weeks left in the second term, and while we’ve made many strides academically, we want to ensure our students end the first semester positively. Let’s ensure all our students turn in their assignments, attend office hours, or visit our tutoring centers so their Term 2 report cards reflect their true brilliance.

As a reminder, there is no school on Monday, January 15th, as we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King devoted his life to service, and many service events are taking place throughout the region to participate in. Tomorrow is a tremendous opportunity for our students to earn community service hours needed for graduation and a great way to make a positive difference.

Wishing you a positive and productive week!

Tigers R.O.A.R.,

Sah Brown
