It is hard to believe that it is almost October and college application season is already upon us!

Every year, the senior class at Jackson-Reed (and formerly Wilson) undertakes a few fundraisers to help lower the costs for graduation caps & gowns, which cost in total around $20k.

Please mark your calendars for two upcoming fundraisers in October at Seoul Spice in Tenleytown:

• Thursday October 10th
• Thursday October 24th

Come out from 5:00-8:00pm on these Thursdays and purchase delicious food from Seoul Spice, mentioning that you are supporting Jackson-Reed and 25% goes to the Class of 2025.  We will send out flyers as we get closer and hope that families will share with neighbors, families, and friends so that we can meet our goal of raising $10k by mid November to offset the costs of caps & gowns for all seniors this year.  There will be additional fundraisers also, but we hope to see you in October!
