Athletic Department would like to welcome Thelma Ortega, Athletic Assistant. Thelma is a 2016 graduate of Wilson High School.

This past week we celebrated Mid-Year Spirit Week with theme days and finished with White Out Night hosting Sidwell Quakers. Our students and fans showed up and supported with a packed Tiger’s Den and we suffered a heartbreaking loss after taking the game to Overtime   Boys Varsity we are proud of the team and coaching staff.  Our Tiger Sharks are dominating in the pool 3-0 and leading the league going into Championships.  Wrestling team undefeated in DCIAA and a special shout out to Flower Convertier for winning her weight class in the 1^st DCSAA Girls Wrestling Invitational. Tigers are competing on the track and in the field this week and ready to vie for Indoor Championship this week. Freshman Basketball completed their season with a record of 7-3.

There will be a Tennis Interest meeting on Tuesday, January 24 @ 4:00 PM in the Auditorium. We also close out 2^nd Advisory Grading Period on January 25, 2023.  The attendance will reset at the beginning of the 3^rd Advisory.  Grades will be posted in 2 weeks to determine athletic eligibility for Winter Post-Season and Spring Season.

The DCIAA Regular Season Game of the season is Monday night to the match up against two undefeated teams.  Come support JV, Girls Varsity and Boys Varsity vs Roosevelt Rough Riders at The Milk House.  We need all our supporters for the BLACK OUT. LET’S GO TIGERS!!!!!
