ASPEN ISSUES? CLEAR THE BROWSER CACHE:
Over the winter break, Aspen servers were updated. Some of you may be experiencing login issues. To correct the issue, you will need to clear the “cache” on the browser and then restart the browser.
To clear the cache on your device, follow the instructions below:
- DCPS devices and Windows OS users: hold down the Ctrl key and then press F5 on your keyboard (Ctrl + F5). On some devices, you may have to hold down the Fn key as well (Ctrl + Fn + F5). Then restart your browser.
- MacOS users: hold down Cmd and Shift and then press R on your keyboard (Cmd + Shift + R). Then restart your browser.
